BILL PACKAGE HBs 4390 & 4391:  Expand methods of testing intoxication or impairment to include other bodily fluid, allowing to test saliva for controlled substances.

Why I voted YES: Oral fluid tests allow police officers to test for controlled substances more easily and quickly.

HB 4369:  Prohibits schools from providing foods with certain ingredients to students.

Sponsor:  Rep. Paquette (R)                    

Passage:  58-47 with Immediate Effect

Why I voted YES: The bill protects the health of students by keeping foods with harmful ingredients out of schools.
